Tabloid TV Darlings

Beginning in 2019, the then 15-year-olds, Tabloid TV Darlings, began playing music with each other in their Melbourne school’s music centre, quickly finding themselves with a gig at a house party and a unique sound they were all curious to build upon in future. Their dissonant-melodic sound and punk-rock attitude, reminiscent of 90s grunge, landed them shows with local-legend bands such as The Belair Lip Bombs, Stiff Richards, and Civic.

Bowlos

The result of childhood friendships and chance encounters, bowlos are an indie-rock band from Naarm/Melbourne. The Footscray based four-piece draw influence from the wests bustling indie scene, life experience and friendship to make electric music that combines elements of indie, rock, folk and country. Sonically, the band look to influences from a collection of musicians including Blur, Courtney Barnett, Joy Division, Stella Donnelly and DMA’s.
