More than 30,000 km of beach surrounds mainland Australia and that’s not including the 17,000km+ that surrounds our off-shore islands. This amounts to 10,685 named significant beaches.
There’s no hiding how much Australian’s love the water, it has become part of our culture. However for many adults, they were never given the opportunity to learn to swim especially those who have migrated from a cold land-locked country or for people with disabilities.
The good news is it's never too late to learn. Taking the plunge into swimming lessons later in life brings all kind of benefits such as increased fitness, social engagement and of course a life skill.
MAC swim teachers are friendly, fun, fully qualified and have a special interest in seeing their participants improve every session. Lessons run weekly and classes are available at different times to cater for all needs.
All our adult swim lesson memberships include full access to the swimming pools at all times so you can practice your swimming as much as you like outside of your lesson times.
