Les Mills SHAPES now available at MAC

The Health Club at MAC is excited to launch Les Mills SHAPES classes from *5 April.
Combining weight plates and resistance bands, SHAPES is an invigorating blend of pilates, sculpt, and power yoga set to modern beats. Focusing on small, controlled movements, you'll sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment, and increase flexibility.
Although it’s a low-impact workout, SHAPES offers an intense way to elevate your training, making it ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels. Each workout includes plenty of options so you can train at the intensity that suits you – moving at your own pace.
MAC already offers a wide range of Les Mills workouts, including BodyAttack, BodyBalance, BodyPump, BodyStep, RPM (Spin class), and Les Mills CORE.
