Below you will find some of the frequently asked questions and the answers about our personal trainers.
What do I need to bring to my personal training session?
Water bottle, towel and a great attitude.
What do I need to wear for my personal training session?
Runners, comfortable free-moving clothing such as shorts/tracksuit pants/leggings, singlet/t-shirt. We won’t judge you for your active wear!
Do I need to be fit to do personal training?
Not at all. Our personal trainers are help you improve your fitness levels and encourage your exercise routine.
How many personal training sessions a week should I do?
We recommend you exercise in general 3-4 times a week for at least 30 min. Keep in mind that any exercise is better than none.
How do I book in to see a personal trainer?
You can make a booking either through Customer Service or speak to the gym staff.
When are MAC's personal trainers available?
Morning, noon and night. Just speak to our Customer Service team or gym staff and they will find a time that works for you.
