We have a team of personal trainers who specialise in different areas including general fitness, weight loss, wellness, rehabilitation, injury rehabilitation, functional training and body building.

Our personal trainers are dedicated and motivated to help you identify your fitness goals, design a customised fitness program and use their extensive knowledge to ensure you reach your goals safely and sustainably. 

All our personal trainers are experienced and are fully qualified with either a Certificate III or IV in Fitness, and are registered with AUSactive or Physical Activity Australia. Our personal trainers are also fully qualified in first aid.

Our personal trainers offer a range of services such as:

  • Providing thorough fitness assessments
  • Identifying health and fitness goals
  • Establishing personalised exercise and fitness programs
  • Providing guidance on how to safely perform exercises
  • Monitoring health and fitness progress
  • Adjusting programs in response to changing fitness level
  • Providing basic nutrition and lifestyle advice.

One-on-one personal training will keep you motivated and ensure that your fitness regime grows and develops as your health and fitness develops.

Membership

Consider joining MAC with one of our membership offers that include personal training sessions. 

1 x 60 minute session per week included in the Results Membership.
