Our fully qualified staff will conduct a health assessment which is treated with the strictest of confidentiality.

How to prepare for a health assessment

It's important that you prepare for your health assessment so that an accurate assessment can be made which will then be used to inform a personalised fitness regime customised to your fitness goals.

The day before your health assessment you should get as much rest as possible to ensure you are not fatigued or experiencing any aches or pains that may affect the outcome of your assessment.

A good night's sleep is always important, but especially important the night before your assessment.  Try heading to bed an hour earlier than usual.

Eating healthy is also very important so consider healthy diet alternatives for at least 24 hours prior to your assessment.  Fruits and vegetables and lean meats are always beneficial not just for your health assessment.

Ensure you have loose fitting, comfortable clothing for your health assessment.  You will need to be able to move freely and without resistance so loose and baggy is ideal.

Be realistic about your current fitness level and the fitness level you want to reach.
