Margarita

Margarita has been a personal trainer at MAC for 15 years. She has experience in group fitness including Aqua Instructing. With over 30 years’ experience, Margarita has worked as a strength & conditioning coach with many sporting clubs, including the Australian Institute of Sport. She has also represented Brazil’s international football team. Margarita works closely with members in rehabilitation and has knowledge in strength training programs.

Tam

Tam has been a personal trainer at MAC for 4 years. He has a strong passion and interest in combat sports including Kick Boxing and Muay Thai. One of his proudest achievements was working within New York’s Sports Medicine Centre. He has trained and worked with elite athletes and mentored Pilate’s instructors. Tam is also a qualified physiotherapist and has experience in sports conditioning and injury prevention.

Daniel

Daniel’s experience as a triathlete and cyclist come across in his knowledge as a personal trainer. He has competed in many triathlons and cycling events internationally. Daniel has a strong knowledge in strength & conditioning programs and cardiovascular exercise. Daniel promotes teen strength training at MAC and is dedicated to training 6 days a week. He also has a strong passion for boxing.

Mario

Mario has been a personal trainer at MAC for 7 years. While completing his fitness qualifications he was able to join Elite Sport Performance. Here he trained and competed with athletes and conditioning coaches from elite clubs including Collingwood & Melbourne Storm. Mario also has experience in group fitness including boxing and circuit training. Mario is currently studying a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition.

Louie

Louie has been a personal trainer at MAC for 5 years. He has a strong interest in all sports. Louie has achieved playing at representative level in both Australian Rules Football & Cricket. He has a strong passion for fitness and enjoys working with members who are looking to improve their muscular strength.

Julia

Julia has been a personal trainer at MAC for 7 years. Julia is easily approachable and has experience in exercise and strength training for seniors and people with special needs. She is certified in boxing and trains 6 days a week. Julia enjoys cardiovascular exercise and is passionate about fitness. Whatever your fitness goals are, Julia can help.

 Janece

Janece has had over 30 year’s experience within the fitness industry. She has competed in both marathons and triathlons across Australia. Janece has knowledge in rehabilitation and enjoys promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for all members. Janece promotes senior strength, exercise for people with special needs and is also a cycle instructor at MAC.
