Pilates - free classes at MAC

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that strengthens your core, improves your posture, and enhances your flexibility. This is a mat Pilates class. 

Each of the programs runs for four weeks. You only need to register once and you will be registered for the full four weeks.

This class is for all fitness levels and abilities and is a free event, however places are limited and registrations are essential. Please notify the facilitator at the start of the session if you have any injuries or restrictions to movement so that these can be accommodated.

What to bring

Please bring your own Yoga mat. We recommend that you bring a water bottle and towel.

If you are no longer able to attend your Spring into Summer Series session, please cancel your registration through Bookable or email the Active Maribyrnong Team as soon as possible at active@maribyrnong.vic.gov.au.

About Spring into Summer at MAC

The Spring into Summer Series is a free Active Maribyrnong program featuring a variety of physical activities and wellbeing initiatives delivered over a four week period. The program takes place throughout the City of Maribyrnong, with diverse options for everyone of all abilities and ages, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

All programs are led by qualified and experienced local health, fitness, and sports professionals, with offerings suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Each program will be held weekly at the same location throughout the four-week duration of the series, as per the timetable.
