Access one-on-one support from library staff, with resume, forms, and tech help. 

Form help

Do you need assistance to fill out forms and documents? Book a 30-minute, one-on-one session with one of our staff members. We offer basic assistance with a range of forms such as passport renewals, working with children checks, myGov, Centrelink and many other types of forms.

Form Help is available at each of our library branches.

Resume help 

These free sessions with Braybrook Library and West Footscray Library are open to anyone who needs resume help. Learn how to create a new resume, formatting tips, emailing your resume and uploading it to a job seeking website.

Sessions run for 30 minutes. Speak with library staff to book a Resume Help session.

Tech help 

Need help with your computer, smartphone or tablet, or know someone who does? Come and chat one-on-one for 30 minutes with a library staff member. You can bring your device, or we have iPads and computers available for use.

Tech Help is available at each of our five library branches, in English, Vietnamese, Chinese and Spanish.
