Maribyrnong Libraries are thrilled to announce the reopening of our Braybrook and Footscray libraries on Monday 23 November!

In line with state government restrictions, there will be limits on the number of patrons in the library at one time. We’ll be operating on reduced hours. Maribyrnong, West Footscray and Yarraville libraries remain closed for now. Our return chutes remain open at all libraries 24/7.

Our Reservation Delivery Service will wrap up on Friday 20 November. In the meantime, you can continue to place reservations for delivery! Our regular Home Library Service will continue for those who are unable to visit the library (for reasons such as disability, chronic illness, being a full-time carer, frail aged or a resident in a care facility). If you’d like more information about the Home Library Service, you can call 9688 0290.

Stay tuned to the library website and social media pages for all the details in the coming weeks. We can’t wait to welcome you back into the library on November 23!
