Are you a creative business, artist or arts organisation looking to share your work with the community?

The Maribyrnong Creative Places Pilot Program aims to transform underutilised commercial properties in the Footscray Central Business District into dynamic, vibrant and accessible creative spaces.

The following opportunities are available at low or no cost between 10 December 2024 - 31 March 2025:

  • Shopfront activations to engage with the public in the form of a gallery, retail space, workshop, pop-up, or other community-engaged activity.
  • Public art photography commission for a photographic series in large-scale billboard formats.
