Transitional Parking Permits

You may be able to apply for a free transitional parking permit while you are waiting for other parking permit applications to be processed.

Transitional parking permits are temporary only and cannot be used for any purpose following the period for which it is issued.

Eligibility rules do apply so to find out if you are eligible for a transitional parking permit contact Council in one of the following ways:

By phone:

Call 9688 0200 between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday except public holidays.

In person:

Visit our Customer Service team at Footscray Library, 56 Paisley Street, Footscray between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday except public holidays.
