As part of the Bradmill development, road upgrades and drainage works will affect the north-western corner of McIvor Reserve dog park from mid-April to July 30, 2024.
About
At McIvor Reserve you'll find a sports pavilion with hockey field, a soccer field, a baseball field, football oval, cricket wickets, practice nets, baseball batting cage, baseball diamond, play equipment and three lawn bowl greens.
Designated dog off-lead area
McIvor Reserve is designated a dog off-lead area with the exception of the:
- Soccer field
- Hockey field
- Baseball field.
At no times are dogs permitted to be off-lead on the above fields.
Penalties can apply to any dog owner/handler found to be in breach of the above provisions.
Responsible pet ownership and legislation
Council encourages all pet owners to be responsible pet owners particularly when in public spaces.
