Introducing MyMaribyrnong – a one-stop shop to access Council services
Published on 24 November 2022
A new online portal where residents can self-manage transactions and interactions with Council at the click of a mouse, is now live.
MyMaribyrnong can be used for a range of daily transactions, including paying for animal registrations, applying for parking permits, checking your bin collection schedule, or logging service requests with Council. Local bookworms can also access library services, and swimmers can check sessions at Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre.
Property owners can find out when their next rates instalment is due, view historical rates information, order kerbside bins, and follow up on building and planning applications. Residents who already have an account with Council will receive an email from us before the end of this year inviting them to activate their MyMaribyrnong log in.
Residents without an existing account can create their own MyMaribyrnong account by visiting our website.
Those who prefer to interact with us offline, can still continue to do so by phone and in-person.
You can access MyMaribyrnong using your computer, tablet or smartphone. It is simple to navigate and quick to use, making accessing Council services online easier to do than ever before.
For more information and to use the portal, visit maribyrnong.vic.gov.au/MyMaribyrnong or email mymaribyrnong@maribyrnong.vic.gov.au
