Join us for a series of free business training program workshops for the African Australian business community in Footscray. Participants must be available to attend all six sessions.

Objective: Helping you develop strategies in line with your business plans and goals.

• Wednesday 4 June, 5-7pm

Masterclass 2: Business planning: Develop a simple action plan to make your business succeed.

Objective: Helping you develop a viable and sustainable business plan tailored to your goals and the current market conditions.

• Wednesday 18 June, 5-7pm

Masterclass 3: Marketing: Spread the word - simple marketing to grow your business.

Objective: Enable you to attract customers, build a strong brand, and foster loyalty for sustained business growth.

July

• Wednesday 2 July, 5-7pm

Masterclass 4: Legal and regulatory knowledge: Understand your legal rights and landlord responsibilities.

Objective: Provide you with the confidence to navigate the legal landscape of running a small business.

• Wednesday16 July, 5-7pm

Masterclass 5: Financial Management How do you make profit and save money. Objective: Equip you with financial literacy and budgeting skills to improve profitability and sustainability.

• Wednesday 30 July, 12-1.30pm, Maribyrnong City Council, 61 Napier St, Footscray. 

Networking lunch event

Objective: Network and build relationships with local traders and discuss collaboration opportunities over lunch.
