Planning Scheme Amendment C63 - Bradmill Precinct, Yarraville

Planning Scheme Amendment C63 changed the Maribyrnong Planning Scheme by rezoning land within the Bradmill Precinct to facilitate the development of a residential estate and Neighbourhood Activity Centre.

The amendment applied to land at 355-359, 361-367 and 371-383 Francis Street, Yarraville.

Status

The amendment was adopted by Council at the 17 November 2009 Council Meeting and approved by the Minister for Planning on 5 May 2011.

A Development Plan was approved for the site at the 25 September 2012 Council meeting. A planning permit was subsequently issued for the site in 2015.
