Anyone intending to conduct works within the road reserve. This form covers 'application for consent' (fees incurred) and 'notification of proposed works' if exempt from consent, in accordance with the Road Management Act 2004 and the Road Management (Works and Infrastructure) Regulations 2015.
Indicative consent fees may appear on screen prior to submission but no payment is required upfront. Once the application is assessed, a letter of acknowledgement will be issued and if applicable, a consent number, conditions and invoice.
