Online Planning Applications
Planning permit applications are required to be submitted via our online services. Should you experience any difficulties please do not hesitate to contact us.

City Planning Checklists
- Advertising Signage (PDF, 659KB) - use this checklist to assist with planning permit applications requiring advertising signage.

- What Planning Scheme requirements, zoning or overlay controls apply to the land.
- If a planning permit is required for the proposed land use or buildings and works.
Cost

Timeframe
Response issued 2 weeks after payment has been received.

Demolition Consent (section 29a)
Before a building permit can be issued for demolition, you may need to apply for consent from the planning department. Use this form if you require a Form B for your demolition.
This form consists of three sections:
- Your Details
- Details of your request
- Demolition Plan submission.
Fees and charges
