Pay Your DCP
When must the Joseph Road Precinct DCP payments be made?
Your development permit or subdivision permit will typically include a condition advising when the Joseph Road Precinct DCP must be paid.
If you are unsure about your levy payment, you will need to contact Council's Financial Services DCP Accountant by emailing dcp@maribyrnong.vic.gov.au or phone 9688 0200.
If you would like to pay the levy, please complete the Request a Development Contribution Plan Levy Invoice. Please ensure the person completing the form is responsible for paying the levy as the invoice will be addressed to them.
The Joseph Road Precinct DCP is indexed annually (by Financial Year) to take into account inflation and price indexes. Consequently delaying DCP payments to the latest possible deadline can lead to a higher levy.
