How do I make a complaint?

Please make your complaint in writing.

The letter should contain:

What can come from a complaint?

If compliance is not obtained, the matter may proceed to the Magistrates’ Court for prosecution, an application may be lodged with the Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal for the issue of an Enforcement Order, or Interim Enforcement Order.
