Enrolling in this program enables access to the gym to facilitate a program similar to the COTA Living Longer Living Stronger Strength Training Program.
Access to the health club, pool sauna, spa and steam room is between 7.30am-3pm Monday to Friday and full access on the weekends and on public holidays.
In addition, you have access to some great group exercise classes suited to older adults. These range form dry based strength classes to Aqua classes.
New in 2015: Seniors now have access to all group exercise classes throughout your access times of : Monday to Friday between 7:30am - 3pm and all classes on weekends and public holidays.
